Es un hotel de buena calidad, lo que no suele ser común en lugares así, que solo tenían con anterioridad hoteles de paso para los viajeros cansados qué iban una sola noche o por algunas horas para continuar su trayecto. Ahora puedes pasar varios días en este hotel, familiar, con servicios como Wi-Fi qué ya debería ser lo común pero como no lo es lo menciono, agua caliente en el baño, instalaciones limpias y lo mejor es que a diferencia de los demás hoteles esta más cerca del centro por lo que es de mucha ayuda en los desplazamientos a pie. Lo único que no me gusto fue qué a pesar de pagar por tres días de alojamiento no subieron a limpiar la habitación, y tuvimos que pedir más toallas y papel de baño, pues al pagar por tres días cada día de estancia se deben brindar estos servicios y productos. Aun así por lo anteriormente dicho sigue siendo un lugar recomendable a un precio justo.

Realmente me Sorprendió el buen servicio, muy limpias las instalaciones , los cuartos muy cómodos y frescos , además muy atento el personal y muy seguro por las noches ya que cierran las entradas y cochera pero hay alguien las 24 horas pendiente para que los huéspedes tengan acceso en todo tiempo , sin duda en mi próxima visita a ojuelos jalisco me hospedare de nuevo en terraza hotel

La atención y la limpieza son de mi agrado, sin embargo las instalaciones ya requieren de mantenimiento en general, he asistido 3 veces y está última vez me tocó una habitación que presentaba fuga en la regadera al día siguiente nos cambiaron la habitación pero en esa el contacto presentaba una falla leve.
